Message from the Preacher's Desk
Thanks for visiting The Cloud Church website, an online SANCTUARY for MEDITATING on the things of God! The focus of The Cloud Church website is to point people to the preaching and teaching videos of Missionary Evangelist Robert Breaker on both Youtube and Vimeo, with the ultimate goal of REACHING the lost with the glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ, and TEACHING those who are saved the great spiritual truths of the scriptures!
In our world today, many focus on the CARNAL needs of man, yet few stop to think of man's SPIRITUAL needs. The Bible clearly tells us in 1 Thessalonians 5:23 that we are not just the fleshly person that others can see, rather we have three parts: a spirit, a soul, and a body. Although the body must one day die, the soul is everlasting and will exist forever after death in one of two places, either: Heaven or Hell!
Jesus doesn't want anyone to go to Hell; that's why he came to this earth and died on the cross! It was to pay for the sins of the whole world! The Cloud Church website seeks to present to all the "good news" of the Gospel of Jesus Christ (1 Cor. 15:1-4), and how a person's soul can be saved and spend eternity with God in heaven!
The Bible teaches that Jesus did all that's necessary to save sinful mankind, but just because Jesus paid for man's sins, doesn't mean that all men are saved. Every sinner must RECEIVE the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour by Faith.
After a person is saved, they need to LEARN the word of God, and GROW in grace. This too is the desire The Cloud Church website as it seeks to point people to videos that teach the Bible to Christians in the hopes of feeding the hungry Christian soul with the great truths of the Bible, and help them to understand more about who they are and what they are. For when someone is saved, they are a part of the Body of Christ, what the Bible also calls "The Church."
This is important, as according to the Bible, "the Church" is PEOPLE. It is never mentioned in the scriptures as a building, or a corporation, or some state-run religious organization. The Church in the Bible is SAVED PEOPLE!
The Cloud Church, therefore, is just that: it is a saved man (Evangelist Robert Breaker) working to get others saved, and if they are saved, to teach them the word of God. Jesus said in Matthew 18:20: "... where two or more are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst." So through the "electronic cloud," Christians can meet together at "The Cloud Church" to study the word of God!
As stated before, the greatest need of man is the salvation of his never-dying soul. If you are lost, we want you to be SAVED! So, why not click below for a video about...?
